The Ministry of the Endowment Fund
The Endowment Fund offers members and friends of

in trust to provide stability for the church in times of adversity.
In addition, the fund allows the church to accomplish projects and
programs in keeping with its mission and ministries that might not
otherwise be possible.

Providing for the Future of the Church
Most people who give a memorial gift today want
to know that the gift will be meaningful to the church for years
to come. A prudent investment and spending program, administered
by the funds Board of Trustees, helps to assure that your
gift to the Endowment Fund will provide support for the church today
and well into the future.
The River Road Church, Baptist Endowment is a permanent
fund, and the trustees of the Endowment Fund have a special responsibility
to maintain the purchasing power of endowment assets in perpetuity.
To accomplish this, the trustees work to balance a reasonable spending
policy with an investment program that provides for endowment growth.
Endowment assets are allocated to various types of investments,
which may include stocks and bonds, both domestic and international.
